• Damaged Goods: Should your item arrive damaged due to shipping mishaps, we're here to make it right with a full refund or exchange. If possible, please snap some pictures to help us handle the claim with the carrier.

Troubleshooting Delayed Refunds

• Check with Your Bank: There could be some processing time before the refund appears.

Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive something from us that's not in perfect shape, we want to fix it. Please email us at info@portlivingco.com and send your item to our address for a free exchange.

Gift Returns

Have you received a gift bought from us? If you need to return it, you'll get a gift credit for the value once we receive the item. That way, you can choose something else you love.
